You must be a full time, part time, or honorably retired law enforcement officer. You must submit a Membership Application, and a Death Beneficiary/Member Update Form, along with a check or money order in the amount of $73.00 for your first year dues, plus an administrative processing fee of $6.00 (total of $79.00)for FT/PT and $56.00 plus an administrative processing fee of $6.00 (total of $62.00) for Retired.

BOTH of the documents below must be completed and returned to the Lodge Secretary, along with a check or money order for your yearly dues and the administrative fee.  Dues are due on January 1st of each year.  Dues received by the Secretary after February 1st are considered delinquent, and will be charged a late fee.
